Julie taught Introduction to Energy Medicine from a place of experience and patience. She conveyed a sense of just how important it is—maybe now more than ever—to share this temporarily forgotten knowledge of healing ourselves. Because of the need to socially distance, the class was held via Zoom. Before the workshop began, I was doubtful that there would be a feeling of personalized attention and connection that is ordinarily present during an in-person class. For the past 27 years, I have been working with energy. I am an Eden Method certification program faculty member, advanced practitioner, and authorized instructor of all Eden Method classes. I have had the privilege to teach hundreds of students through classes and workshops around the country. I am also trained in other energy healing modalities including Reiki Jin Kei Do, aromatherapy, and homeopathic first aid. I have a private practice in MA working with clients and practitioners remotely and in person.

Better Sleep Without the Sheep

Do you feel well rested in the morning? Do you feel you get enough sleep each night? How is your “sleep hygiene”? These days, 1 in 3 adults do not get sufficient sleep; for an adult (ages 18-64), adequate sleep is generally 7-9 hours. We spend up to a third of our lives in bed - shouldn’t we be enjoying restful and restorative sleep while we’re there?

Lack of sleep is associated with many acute and chronic diseases and symptoms including obesity, anxiety, depression, heart disease, diabetes, poor memory, inflammation, and high blood pressure. Being well rested invites our body to deal effectively with stress, maintain a strong immune system, and heal anything from a common cold to a broken bone.

Don’t hit snooze on this class! Together we will dive into the many ways we can enhance our ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. We will explore Feng Shui, Eden Energy Medicine, essential oils, and other strategies to help us create an internal and external environment conducive to a restorative night sleep.

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to class will receive a full refund less credit card processing fees or you may choose to apply 100% of the tuition to a future class or service offered by Simply Energy, LLC for 1 year. Cancellations within 7 days will receive a 100% credit to any class or service offered by Simply Energy, LLC for 1 Year.
